Mary began her career in real estate in 2003.

She has lived in Lubbock most of her life and attended college at Lubbock Christian University.  Mary began working for the City of Lubbock in 1981 and retired after 22 years from the Lubbock Police Department. 

Mary is married to Randy McGuire. Randy and his brother Rick are partners in McGuire Builders, Inc.
